The oil filter is located in the engine lubrication system. Riding on a very important role, it can filter out impurities such as metal wear debris, carbon particles and colloids gradually produced by the engine during the combustion process and mixed into the existing oil, and supply the crankshaft, connecting rod and cam with clean oil. Shafts, superchargers, piston rings, etc. ensure the normal operation of the internal combustion engine, and play the role of lubrication, cooling, cleaning, etc., thus greatly extending the service life of these parts
Oil filter construction:
(1) Iron can (casing): a container used to accommodate the continuous pressure operation of the filter (filter paper). Aojia adopts 0.5MM high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, and the thickness of the drawing body does not exceed 20%--25%. 4--7 kg when the shape is not damaged.
(2) Spring: It is used to hold down the filter (paper core) and fix it in the iron can during vibration and oil flow. There are also plate springs, but the cost is higher.
(3) One-way valve rubber ring (return valve/check valve): It is used to prevent the loss of lubricating oil from the casing when the engine stops working, so that there is oil in the oil filter for a long time, so that the engine is immediately started. Get lubricated.
(4) Inner net: used to support and fix the paper core and prevent the filter paper from shaking in the oil filter.
(5) Safety valve/bypass valve: installed on the filter (paper core), its function is that when the filter (paper core) is blocked, it will automatically open after the oil pressure reaches one kilogram to allow the oil to flow through.
(6) Threaded cover plate: used to connect the iron can (outer cylinder) and fix the oil filter on the engine.
(7) Aoslon phenolic resin coated filter paper AB2088 PN/AFNN
(8) Sealing ring: When the oil grid is installed on the engine, it plays a sealing role. It is installed on the connecting plate. Generally, it is 1.2--1.6mm higher than the oil grid. The temperature resistance requirement can reach -40℃---+160℃ without Aging (generally subject to vulcanization).
